[Resolved]  Reliance — 6th unresolved complaint.. Except acknowledgement no response from this worst network.. Plz beware of reliance..

Data card purchased (A.K associates t nagar) on 28.03.2015. Got malfunctioned in 15 days went to authorized service center referred by Reliance mobile store. Service center (Cell tech, egmore) promised delivery within 7 working days but got repaired after 25 days only nearly. Within these days I got calls from reliance that I need to pay the 1st month bill amout. I said “I haven’t used data card gave it to service center”. And they said, pay atleast Rs.300 to avoid suspension. Then I paid the amount and waited. As I cannot afford to pay without using data card to the fullest so approached mobile store. They said, “Waiver can be made with service job sheet. Hence got some service proof and gave it to mobile store. They said waiver request sent and wait. And they promised will get back within 5 days”. And they asked me not to use data card till get solution. No response from them till now, even after repeated contact. Actually they neglected my issue by not raising waiver request. Even I went directly and approached. They actually made request (that too doubtful/not made actually) on that day only I mean after my 1st visit. And somehow I got waiver request proof with complaint no. Note: they made notebook entry also. I tried to contact the store using telephone numbers but it’s all dead. I was really upset and did online search about the store address got some contacts from Haier service website with that address. After repeated contact, a person telling “now the mobile store is closed, shifted, changed to somewhere” and another time the same person (may have worked in the old store) telling “Im not working there”. See I’m an outstation and I got health issues I can’t go and approach appropriate every time directly. I ever have seen such a poorest network in my life. Because of your negligence, you have dragged me all these days. Now lost my data card (terminated), not even used for 1 month with fully. If your device worked, properly, serviced in time and if you had responded earlier, I would not have been dragged all these days.

Tragedy is not yet finished; I used make calls to customer care, and ask the status, complaint request and all. They are telling, we are not the right person, we cannot check (are we living in a stone age?) and asked me contact the mobile store or outlet but the beauty is mobile store is vanished. Till now I don’t have answer for my 1st waiver request. Now legal notice from pondicherry office came. I was so upset. They demanded me to pay amount for the correct usage. Then I paid the said amount Rs.1200/- with so much of struggle/agony for my usage by going directly and contacting complaint cell of Reliance communications, haddows road, nungambakkam. I met complaint cell officer too, told all bad incidents happened but all in vain. She is also telling no we don’t deal your issue contact the pondicherry branch. And I came to know that no complaint made by the mobile store from her. And you know I asked for No objection from them when I pay the amount. She said “no contact pondicherry office’”. Now for the rest amount i.e. unused charges for unused months, pondicherry legal office also said “we have made request, wait for sometime” I asked waiver mail or any proof for the request. But they said, no we don’t provide proof” second time I was disappointed with another fake promise from you. And I waited 2nd time for the waiver without proof blindly.

And I also asked compension too from pondicherry legal office by reactivating my datacard and giving my unused data (remaining data), with extending days according to the service period. And finally, clearance from you. Now he is also not attending phone calls, no solution so far, going for personal work, 24 hours busy. He gave alternative pondi number. He is also not responding me. What do you think of a customer? Even at times, they are shouting at customers. No politeness at all. Is this a way to treat customer (poor, desperate)? Keep in mind, we are not borrower. We believe your network choosing but you? Consumers have right to be heard.

Okay, now tragedy reboots with another demand notice from advocate from Chennai branch without checking technical details on behalf of Reliance communications, nungambakkam. And I contact the particular advocate. He is not accepting saying “you have to pay the amount”. He is also asking the proof of waiver request. But the pondicerry legal office is not giving proof what should I do? I made so much research, who is proper authority? Whom should I contact? Who could I believe? Whom to approach? Who would give solution? and all. Even I contacted Mumbai head office, said the issue. No response from them also. I finally, got appellate authority contact from online. Contacted, they also got complaint and said “get back in 7 days”. No calls so far. I called them again they are telling “complaint is still in processing” wait. Wait Wait Wait! How long? life long or what? I really don’t know what the hell is happening. No transparency at all. No one is responding properly. You have put me into mental agony. Because of you I lost my money, energy, precious time, health and all. If this harassment still continues I think I’ll have to take my issue to the consumer court. Where I hope I get clearance and even compensation for loss (because of your negligence) too.
