Reliance Big Tv — error 108 | |
Dear Team,
Smart Card No:[protected]. Only today the issue of installation(service request[protected] gets resolved and again new issue arises. What is the quality of the service??????
Its pathetic Now getting different error(108-paring error) and fed up talking to your customer care team. Now they are asking for another pay of Rs 400 for resolving this problem. Why should I pay another Rs 400 for what is purely your fault. Clearly you are trying to cheat customers.
Please refund my entire amount that I had spent on BIG TV or I shall file a case against you in the consumer court for cheating.
I would like to switch to tata sky or any other service provider. Surely would not recommend this service to anybody.
