[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Reliance Big TV -- Cheating with Second hand Connection | |||
I have paid for a connection on Feb 2013, after alot of complaining and following up they finally installed Big TV in NOv 2013, I have asked for a refund but they have offered me 3 months free connection. All fake promises, they gave me a second hand connection that was in some body elses name and no offer on that connection as well. Complained several times but no use. Such a waste of time following up and complaining all the time.I want justice!!! Additional Details: A big TV executive has offered us a connection on march 3rd 2013 "order copy number 156743" with charges RS=1790, He said no installation charges, We have given him a cheque with sum of 1790, "cheque number 050186 sbi bank", We got installation on NOV 2013.( 8 months delay ?????????/) Regards Sowmya Was this information helpful? | |||
