Reliance Bigtv — consumer number :[protected] ; error 400 since 2 months

Hi sir,

This is regarding my father's big tv connection which he is using for the last 8 years.
Recently my father has paid 1500 rupees to get 1 year, subscription and when i checked online i was able to see the payment status, but less than in a month, it is showing error 400.
Whenever he calls the help desk, the number is not getting connected
Reliance big tv is providing very pathetic and horrible customer service.
Today the number [protected] it self is not connecting ;

Please help to get my father's issue resolved at the earliest ; he is a senior citizen staying alone in a village.
