Reliance Bigtv — consumer number :[protected] ; error 400 since 2 months | |||||
Hi sir, This is regarding my father's big tv connection which he is using for the last 8 years. Recently my father has paid 1500 rupees to get 1 year, subscription and when i checked online i was able to see the payment status, but less than in a month, it is showing error 400. Whenever he calls the help desk, the number is not getting connected Reliance big tv is providing very pathetic and horrible customer service. Today the number [protected] it self is not connecting ; Please help to get my father's issue resolved at the earliest ; he is a senior citizen staying alone in a village. Dear sir I have no any connections your side I am already booked Airtel digital dish pls refund my booking amount I am very erited your side so long time wait your then I booked Airtel digital dish connection

I booked new connection seeing the offer on 1-Mar. No installation or any update till now. When I call customer care they always say wait for 2 more weeks and can't cancel the booking. Very worst service and worst customer care.
Book a reliance DTH big TV on 1st March, booking id 12512959, as per commitment they have intake within 45 days .each time the customer care assure it takes 2 to 3 weeks every time . No communication for delay installation. After 60 day they have not provider there service or not refund my booking amount. The customer care executive disconnects.
