Dear sir/ madam, I undersigned facing problem in big tv set top box operation and could not able to watch tv from last 3 days due to following error, Error 400 signal lost Smart card no[protected] Trying to contact big tv customer care but could not reach/connect from last 3 days. From today morning all channels are no longer available. it is displaying Error 400.
My account number is[protected].
I am trying to contact customer care but it is saying inconvenience is regretted and disconnecting.
Is there any issue with reliance service?
Please help me out.

Rishte and Colors channel not coming from 25sep2017 afternoon and showing due to technical problem and it will resolved shortly but till now these channel are not coming mainly we are seeing colors channel.please resolved the problem immediately. Reliance big tv smart card no[protected]. Mob no [protected]
