[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — Recharge | |||||
I recharged for one year subscription package via online for rs 1971 as shown in their website. The subscription ended on 10/10/2016. That means the pack lasted for only 10 months. Then i contacted customer care for which they replied i should call them that too on the particular day of recharge itself. They have never mentioned about this on their website. On the counter part tata sky when done through online doesn't have this criteria. Please on behalf of customer take necessary action against it Was this information helpful? | |||||
