I recharge my jio mobile no.[protected] through upi.
On 05 december 2019, i have recharged three times of 59/-
1st recharge 10:38pm was successful.
2nd recharge 10:42pm was successful
Last recharge on 11: 2pm was not done unsucessfull. That money was sucessfull debit in my account. But last recharge doesn't show in my jio plan recharge account so i confirm her bank but bank say that money sucessfull payed to the merchant. Payment conformation upi number is[protected] and transaction id is s57323950 at 11: 2pm 05 december and amount was debit in my bank account. So please solve this issue as soon as possible

This unknown person with phone number [protected] is making continuous harassing calls (8th dec 2019) on phone and whatsap (8th dec 2019 & 9 dec 2019) to my sister (Number protected). He also uses another number [protected] sometimes.

Kindly block that number so that he can not call anyone. We gave warning but he continuing sending messages in whatsapp. May be he is doing this with many girls also. Kindly deactivate his numbers

I made recharge from reliance jio website and made payment through phone pay . money was debited from my account and recharge was not successful .when i raise a complaint in both jio and phone pay they are not responding to the issue properly . phone pay customer care asking me to contact jio and reliance jio customer care suggesting to connect phone pay.

to 5/11/2012 i am unable to see my pf statement and unable to withdraw same because of in pf account number 8 digits was mention in my salary slip, salary slip attached
please help this to resolve this one more thing i dont received my relieving letter from reliance communication ltd so i dont have exact releving date

I have purchased 2×55+10 g pack of mrp 5rs pack of parle-g biscuits with some other items.. I paid 2461 rs to the cashier... Bt after reaching home i checked my bill.. I had joined reliance communications on 3 july 2008 and left on 30 april 2009 and my employee code was 20035231, i have not received my pf of reliance till date, please help with regards to the same.

I have got details of pf number and went to the concerned pf office in mumbai but they are saying that this pf number is not mine and someone else’s name shows on the same and hence they cannot help me any further

There was a contact number mentioned in r com website on the net and when i called on that the lady there told me that it was not rcom and some other anil ambani company office.

In above scenario, how do i get my pf money from the pf trust created by reliance communications, as far as i know pf money is totally secured but still i am not able to get the money.

I purchased a lg air conditioner from reliance digital chembur showroom. As per advice from your sales officers, i took a three month

Installment plan; wherein i was given a written personal undertaking / guarantee by you sales manage mr asif (Mobile [protected]) that if

The icici bank did not give the interest and cash back refund he would pay pay this amount from his pocket.

Based on this explicit assurance i purchased the air conditioner. However i did not get the minimum cash back,, of rs 2000/- and part interest of rs780/-

I have been following up this issue since june 2019 with your manager mr. Asif, who has promised to send this money to my residence, from his pocket.,

He has not been able to pay this amount till date. He has made this commitment on behalf of reliance digital in good faith as its authorised representative.

I have purchased the ac basically on this assurance.

I request reliance digital to settle this issue by paying me the promised sum which has not been returned by credit card service provider.

I believe that reliance digital must come to the rescue of its officers who act in good faith lest the confidence of the customers be shattered.

I have been promised since two months that the money will be sent to my residence. It has not happened till date.

I have given my plot for rent to reliance tower erection and it is just one year left for the complition of agreement which was 20 years and well in advance i am informing to you to cancel the tower and vacate the place since i have planned to construct a new house in the said plot. So please prepare all the documentations or any other procedures to cancel the tower and vacate the place next year.

Please help me with the transfer of pf account. I have been following up since a long time but have not got any resolution.

As per pf department cheque has not been cleared from your end.

I shopped at reliance smart located in adarsh nagar, baba tarana road, near gandhi chowk, sonepat, haryana on 27.10.2019 morning but i was charged rs. 22 for the carry bag for carrying the items i bought. The total bill was of rs. 374 only but they added rs. 22 for the carry bag and took rs. 396 from me. The bill no is 26. I have complained time and again for the refund amount from tcnsclothing.co.in time and again as i have returned three product since 08/07/2019 and refund amount received for one item, they are not refunding the rest amount of rs 1200. This complain i am lodging time and again, updating the old complain, but nothing works. The complain is also not showing on the site and refund is also not made.

This is with reference to the previous email dated 28th september 2019, i have not received any acknowledgement, or response to my previous email. Also i would like to lodge a complaint that payment from the reliance mobile tower built at below mentioned location at my premise since 2005, monthly rental for the tower has been pending for more than an year.

My aged parents are mainly depending on this rental with multiple commitments like monthly medical expense, doctor fees, eb payment, running their own need like grocery etc.,

With regards to this mother and my father aged 76 reached out to reliance office and related office multiple time and even escalated to many officials, but nobody has responded or no action has been taken.

I kindly request you to intervene to sort out this issue to release the rental. If not please take necessary action to remove the tower from the site.

I had no other choice than to report my grievance in this site.

I want to get a jio sim, i reached its store, then agent tell me i already assigned upto 06 sims which is exceeding, this total sim issuance was done within 1.5-2 yrs., but when i verify to it only 02 sims are working in the present time another used by someone, but jio showing my id for that nos.
So, i want to say that reliance jio not issue to me any new sim, however i am eligible for this in real manner. Their customer executives are tolerate to show the all remaing 04 nos., so i also cannot deactivate to those.
Finally, it is prayed to you, please present to me or my case in front of the company & resolve the problem.

I would like you to provide me details as to why the requisite amount has been deducted from my bank a/c at that above-mentioned instances without any prior permission from the account holder (I. E. Me). Reply explaining the above-mentioned transactions at the earliest will very helpful.
