[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Illegitimate amount charged

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am a user of Reliance broadband services, My subscriber ID is[protected],

Services of internet were not available for 13 days between 27.06.14-26.07.14, but reliance charged full amount for the bill of same period.

I have written endless complaints to reliance as given below & Endlessly i am just getting reply from reliance that usage is shown for the disputed period for which waiver is claimed, & endless times i have replied that internet use to work for 5-10 mins & again use to get disconnected, services where not available for even 2 hours in the 13 days for which i am claiming the waiver.

I have the proofs the endless complaints i have done in that period (27th June 2014-09th July 2014) & endless mails written shows that services were interupted that is the reason of making numerous complaints, plus i have given phone numbers of reliance line mans in our area (Mr Jaspal [protected] & Mr Mohit [protected]), they too told me that internet server is down for the whole area because reliance has not paid rent to the vendor where server is installed.

Reliance himself has not paid the rent & that was the reason why services were not available for 13 days & now reliance will charge illegitimate amount from customer because of the fault made at his own end.

In those 13 days my work got suffered badly plus i did endless complaints over mail & phone, that harrasment was not enough that reliance started asking for payment for the disputed period too, for which again I am writing hundreds of mails daily.

Its too much, i wont give any more justification to anyone, services were near to zero in that period, proofs of which i have already given above, phone numbers of line man who will confirm the status of services provided are & you can also check the endless calls done by me from my number [protected] to reliance customer care, & no.of mails dropped in the same period, if services were working fine, i was not a fool who will waste my time.

Just check the track record of my account, i have always paid bills on time or much prior to it, but for near to zero services also i will be charged full that should not be acceptable at all.

This time i have paid the bill but in case i dont get waiver for it, i will surely discontinue services of reliance for the lifetime, & will inform as many people as possible never to opt for reliance ever, & will also sue reliance in consumer court for the harrasment suffered.

Now that I have got the latest bill too for the period 27.07.14 - 26.08.14, they have not given any waiver rather has charged late fee of Rs 100/- for short payment made by me on proportionate basis as communication was going will them, but later on I paid the balance payment too as they said they will disconnect the services & I cant afford that because my work will suffer badly.

I have faced tremendous harrasment from Reliance, they have blackmailed me for making the payment for which services were not provided.

Kindly take up this issue with Reliance & get my money back in form of waiver that can be adjusted in next bill.
