my name is pushpendra i have reliance broadband connection 10 days ago my net connection stop working i had log complaint for that but there is no response for that after four days they called me in my cell and said that is it your problem resolve i said no they again called me and said we are sending our service engineer he came after one day he said there is problem of cable we will change it he not came again after three days he called me in my mobile i am coming but still he not came after that i had log complaint again to disconnect my Internet connection in customer care she said it will disconnect after the our branch manager will talk to you with in 24 hour again they not call me and BILL OF THIS MONTH generated AND internet used by me only 10 days AND THEY ARE CHARGING WHOLE MONTH BILL please resolve my problem. i am student and i am preparing for online banking exam but Internet is not working my carrier is not going in right way due to BAD SERVICE OF RELIANCE BROADBAND please do the need full things my detail is following: NAME :Pushpendra Patel USER id:[protected] Subscriber id;[protected] COMPLAINT NO:[protected] [protected]

After above complaint my connection is disconnected in july month and i have recipt of disconnection but every month they are generating bill
for that and this mont also and i have all bill recipt which diposited when connection was on.and no dues from my side

        RCOM, This is to inform you that I did a recharge of 20 INR on 02/08/2014 around 11 am. Within a minute, my balance reduced to ZERO! Now, this has been a case with me for last 10 days, Already submitted a complain here on 26/07/2014, still there is no solution for that.Below is the link to old complain: http://www.consumercomplaints.in/reliance-communications-wrong-charging-continuo... This is causing serious harassment to me.Who is responsible for all these meaningless deductions? I am loosing money here on a daily basis.         Please let me know what is the error you are facing reading my complain mentioned above.

        Please note that, it's has been around 2 months, I have stopped doing main recharge since I have not received any proper solution yet!
        Soon I will migrate from Reliance to a better service provider.

            We are the subscriber of reliance mobile o[censored]daipur town ( at TRIPURA STATE ) facing a great problem with the reliance service. problem is that the network is very very poor at Udaipur Town area, sometimes there is no Tower signal and it shows no network, mostly when the Power drops or Load shedding starts the network fails and we can not talk by our phone...I have complained it to local reliance store they informed me that the backup power generator is not there so the problem is going on.

            This is a matter of shame that a reputed Mobile company is running its bussiness without Tower genarator and power backup and for this result all its valuable Customers are suffering the network problem.


            I on behalf of all the Customers o[censored]daipur Town request to look into the matter with an urgent basis and solve the issue as early as possible

              I am here to complaint about the internet connection we registered in march from reliance they took 1800 as initial down paypayment for a wifi connection but not a day we used since the day of connection coz of improper wiring.those people visited almost daily for correction and almost a month nothing went right. It disturbed our daily routine coz of their daily visits we had to stay home for them tto repair whats wrong. It didnt even got installed those people sent us the internet bill wwith 2 landline numbers which didnt even exists.we didnt have a landline device.it was getting annoying coz they started asking us calling us everyday to pay the bill for which we havent even used day.we asked for unistallation. They added up another month bill .when we contacted our local reliance chennai office they said its under process for what we asked for they will repay our money back.months have passed by tthey never repaid us nor we had used the connection for a day. They still keep sending us bill dont know for what.i dont think this is fair.its very unfair for public like us to play with our time money and energy.i wwould like to complaint to higher authority whoever is in charge coz they threaten us to be taken to court as we r decent people from decent family its not about the money its all about unfaithful service .please take my complaint into account.its chennai reliance service.mount road.                 Hi. My mob no is .[protected] . I dnt knw wat services have been activated on this but my whole bal ance got deducted bcoz of these services bcoz I keep getting the msgs that we hav deducted ur money or else auto renewal .. I dnt knw wat u guys are going to do abt this but I want you to Gv my money back vch you'll have deducted and delete all the applications vch you'll have default ly activated thes on this no.. Or else this case is going to be escalated and it would be very seriously ..

                  Hello sir/madam, This is in reference to the harassment I have faced because of the carelessness of Reliance head office Chandigarh. I made a request for internet broadband connection on 20th june 2014.A sales Executive(Sanny Kumar) came to my house and i paid to him Rs 1450.00 for the plan and installation.He told me that they will install the connection within 3-4 days but it didn't happen.After 3-4 days when i called him he started befooling me that they will install it next day. and upto today, they haven't installed it. I also contacted Mr Raj Kumar, Mr Sunil Verma, Mr Rajiv Pawar, Mr Satish and others but didn.t got any respons and neither they are giving my money back.This is the worst service i have ever seen from any company.                     Hello Sir, My Name is seetharami reddy from Siddamanahall (village), Bellary (Dist), Karnataka (state).In my Village(siddamanahalli) reliance tower problem.It means whenever power cut is gone in my village then the signal is cut and the problem is in "SoS Call" at that time not recieving incoming calls&outgoing calls.I have already talk reliance tower manage the tower in my village Mister "anil reddy" he says like that reliance transformer problem that is old transformer he said.And also i am talking reliance customer care about this problem 2 years ago still the problem is not solved.In bellary there is no reliance office. Many times i call customer care mentioned this problem still no one resolve the problem.Mister Anil reddy maintained the reliance tower in my village he manages diesel to run it, but what times to run there is no guaranty in my villagers.Most of reliance customers are changed to others.Other towers are working fine.only one reliance tower problem still 2 years ago.Please resolve the problem as early as possible.Because, My phone is cdma reliance phone.

                    Other Networks are working fine in my village.Only the reliance signal is poor and the worst.In my village whenever current goes then the reliance signal is put in "Sos" at that time i am not receiving & outgoing any calls from my reliance number.In my Village the power cut (current) problem every one hour and it's comeback within 10mintues or 15 minitues at that time the signal is put at "Sos Call".I have already talk to the who manage the tower in my village about problem, but the guy told like "Reliance Tower Problem" and it's Old transformer and whenever current is gone then the guy running the transformer with diesel.So, the problem in old transformer reliance.Please Remove the old transformer and you arrange new transformer or completely remove the reliance transformer in my village.                     This problem occurring since last 2 years & still didn't resolved any customer service team...The reliance transformer is (old transformer)...so, you're reliance team are get the new transformer to existing old transformer.

                        My self kartik kumbhakar, and I m from westbengal. I want to lunch a complaint against reliance prepaid service from westbengal. there have many problem. other company not cheeting like reliance gsm service. complants are gvn below: 1) network problem, 2) balance deduction without couse, 3) customer care number disconnected without reason, 4) maximum time customer service number says it is invalid or something.
                        for those reason I suggest u plz shutdown your business from westbengal like uninor and good bye always. As a customer I will support Airtel, Vodafone. This two company always best for there all service in Westbengal. Some telecompany growing up there business. if any reliance executive want to prove my case is not genuine which I maintained therefor i would like to request u plz contact my email: [protected]@india.com; and always well come to u for challenge. As a customer I m very much upset of there business. plz try to contact my email for more details within 10 days otherwise I shall try to port my all reliance number.

                          Hi Team, I have been calling Reliance Customer Care repeatedly for the termination of data card service but there is no response. Worst service I have ever seen. My data card no is [protected]. I want to disconnect the service since I am paying Rs 842/- every month with no usage. Customer Care in reliance are of no use. The call always says "Customer Executives are busy please wait or call after sometime". I have been waiting for hours together many times to talk to the executives but still failed to reach them. So I am raising this issue to the Complaint Board please do the needful and terminate the connection. Thanks. Your's sincerely Vineet

                                My name is Akshay Anil Shah My subscriber ID :[protected]. Internet is Disconnected on 3rd July.complain ID is[protected] The Internet Lan cable is broken or cutted from in between and the reliance engineer came and done crimping on both sides but still it was showing network cable unplugged .The reliance person told that new cable will be installed as soon as it is available .i dont know why it is taking a month to solve this simple issue.i have called minimum 15-20 times in call center for the status of this issue but they always say we are doing our best, it will be solved in 24hrs, no lan cable is available.After dissatisfaction from this people I have gone to reliance appellate authority, some executive replied that i have now lodge the issue it will be solved in 4days after calling us.I have called reliance appellate authority on 18 july and still not even a single call from their side even after 10-12 days after i again called back and they provided me with another date in august.i am not getting my internet connection .it is now a month so cheap and poor service received by me .Not even Superiors are doing their job.they have taken advance payment of my plan .i request to kindly do some action against them. They providing so cheap type of internet connection to me i have attached the image also .i have traced the internet cable to my friends building's DP box and i have found this which is attached in this complaint.i have told twice and thrice to change the connection from that building as when electricity is gone in that building my internet connection is down.the connection i am getting is 2 building away . and next to my building is a building with reliance tower on it. i told them to change my connection from that bldg to that reliance tower bldg but no reply from them. I want my internet connection to be started as early as possible and i want my connection to given from that reliance tower bldg.                                 This is to inform you that nothing is solved .and i have not got any refund from you .i want you to send some person with my refund and tell him to take back his cables from my house or else i have to throw it in the dustbin.i want my money back any how .every 2-3 days i have to call for this.what the hell is wrong you all?
                                I have never seen such cheep service from reliance .i am not spoiling the name of your company .Your poor service is making you company's name down

                                This complaint is also not resolve they are not providing my refund . Reliance customer service is cheap.worthLess stupid no co-ordination .every time I have to call this people for my refund . I am going for Hathway connection and undoubtedly the reliance market will go down in kandivali and neighbour and friends have also changed from reliance to hathway.I need my money as early as possible forget the solution of your problem i need my money back thats final including the extra bill money paid or any deposit given to you.

                                  Reliance is a thief and cheat company as per my view. It has fraudulently deducted my balance.
                                  I think ' CHEAT and CHOR Reliance' name would be appropriate for Reliance.
                                  I have a post paid mobile of Reliance. A message was sent by Reliance on my mobile that on recharge
                                  of Rs. 65/, Full talk time of Rs. 65/ would be given. I got recharge of Rs. 65/ done on my mobile.
                                  This full talktime was valid for 07 days. Just after 1-2 day Rs.46/ was diverted as promo balance
                                  arbitrarily by Reliance.


                                  Not only this, They arbitrarily withdrew this promo balance also before it's validity period.


                                  Till now these nonsense and stupid people have not credited this fraudulently deducted balance of
                                  Rs. 46/. They are falsely replying that they have reverted back Rs.39/ out of their fraudulently deducted
                                  amount of Rs. 46/. Completly nonsense, stupid and waahiyat(useless) people.
                                  Reliance is a chor (thief) and thug (cheat) company.

                                    Hi, This is Sampath I was used reliance data card ([protected]) upto jan 2014 after that I paid all the payments and given the Post paid to Prepaid conversion request on Jan –2014 to Reliance web world. After few days i got a call from Reliance Customer care and told we will give you offer three months 2GB data free you Can use it, I told her i don’t want continue but she told you can use. Then after three months again i got bill for usage i asked did’t activate any plan then why bill is coming. Again i paid the amount and visited the Reliance Web word and given cancel request but why still bill is coming to me. Note: No one contacted me after free usage for activating the plan. Without my request they are activated the 2GB plan after free usage. After free usage i was not used he data card. I am receiving the message we will case file against you IPC section 406 & 415 -e. Kindly advise me for the further steps.

                                      I have enough balance (ie Rs 60) in my Reliance Pre-paid mobile number [protected] but showing insufficient balance whenever I am making a call. I had lodged a complaint and received a complaint number[protected]. Next day I have got a message complaint is resolved. Still the same issue.
