Reliance Communications Limited — Selling customers Data

Dear Sir, I got a call from Country Club on 10/02/2015 [protected] (country club) and reliance is answerable to my question how my data is being sold. This is to inform you that time and again the reliance communications are selling the customers data (Phone numbers) to third party. On this day i.e. 10/02/2015 I got a call from "Country Club" Begumpet, when enquired they said they got the data from the reliance. How can the relaince sell the customers data. Apart from this My number is registered in DND (the so called Do Not Disturb). Whats the use of DND, the reliance communication itself selling the data, where is the privacy, where is the security? Will The Reliance communication answer my question "How and why my data is being sold to third party" instead of giving repeated and parrot trained answers like "we look in to the matter" and sorry for the inconvenience" I request the reliance to stop playing cheap tricks.
