I have been complaining for last 3 months about the portal issue in your customer care. Everytime i get a new complaint number and issue is never resolved.

I have subscribed wicf699 plan with 2mbps speed.
But till date i have never got 2mbps speed. Whenever i complaint they say there is some technical issue in the port " (15:53) rajeshyad: due to technical issue the internet port speed allocated from our end is different from your current plan.

They give a new complaint number. Hope you guys take this issue on serious note.

I AM COMPLAINING FOR LAST 3 MONTHS FOR A BAD SERVICE OF BROADBAND AND NOW EVEN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IS HORRIBLE.

PATHETIC SERVICE. MOBILE GPRS OF OTHER COMPANY IS BETTER THEN RELIANCE BROADBAND.

    I want to stop my postpaid connection.For this purpose I call on 198 customer care service on 13/02/1015 at 10.;26 am.There was Miss/Mrs Poonam who did not give me proper information and also did not say her employee number. After holding me 23 minutes on line she cut the communication without any information.       What pathetic service reliance is giving.. My balance is always deducted. And Internet connection is also not working every now and then the server goes down.         nos was ported in reliance successfully and activate after that home verification was done but after verification my no [protected] was stopped .


        i called many time on[protected] or [protected] to start my number and amit dogar [protected]. i used reliance customer care for compaint then


        he advised me to contact nearest reliance store to again submit my document i done it and that store mail my document to solve the matter but still


        my mobile no [protected] is not activated .sir my wife is using [protected] and i was using [protected] but due to activation problem my clients could not contact me and i suffered a loss in my business of amount in lakhs .sir start my mobile number in 2 days or otherwise i will use legal action against your company.

          Have been a Reliance Home Phone customer for the past 10 years. We received a phone 10 years ago and we managed to work around with it until year 9. During years 1 to 9 my father tried several times to exchange or buy new phone and each and every time we were told by the Reliance Stores that they didn't not have anything in stock. After pay approximately INR 2000, we were handed a refurbished phone. This phone barely lasted one month, we went back to the shop and they told us they informed us that a new phone is INR 2000 and is available to new customers. We argued for several hours with the local store claiming that the Reliance agent had cheated us by giving us an old phone for INR 2000. Eventually that evening I took the store phone home asking them that I will only give the the store phone back after I receive a new phone. Initially they declined and then a few hours later they brought us a new phone. The new phone has now lasted us another month and is now completely off. We went back to the store and this time around the store manager/officer/agents all disrespected my father (not once but 3 to 4 times over a period of 3 days). The store demanded that we should have kept a box for the new phone and since you do not have the box we will not be able to exchange or replace the phone. After repeated calls to the stores, they have failed to updates us or let us know how we should go about it.             I have purchased a Reliance pro3 dongle on 19jan 2015. I selected a truly unlimited plan which they offered me with 14.7 mbps speed with unlimited downloads. But one week it was working fine but after that the speed has been dropped to almost 200kb. i raised a complaint with the customer care. Those people are very eager in giving you the complaint number and closing the call. they are not concerned about the issue. They told me my problem will be solved in 3 days. but its been almost 2 weeks with no solution. I regret buying the dongle from reliance. Dongle no - [protected] Name - manikandan A

              I recharged my mobile phone [protected] with Rs 160 and after 2 days the balance got disappeared. I have not clue, why the balance is zero now. I tried to reach the customer care @198 and *333 but couldn't reach them as the auto answer machine never let me speak to anyone.. When I pressed 9 to speak to customer care representative they simply disconnected my call. I never received a single message for balance deduction and can't figure out where the balance disappeared. Under MNP option I changed my service provider Vodafone and switched to Reliance for cheaper 3G services about 15 days ago. The problem started immediately after that, the incoming and outgoing services were barred for unknown reason, it was really hard to reach customer care (198), after trying to about 2 hours when I talked to the representative their answers were pathetic, they said the Mohali Phase -10 store where you submitted documents is not in records, however it is listed on their official website rcom.co.in. The store was closed for 3 days, my number was completely closed from Monday to Thursday until the store was closed. They denied to register my complaint or provide me assistance. I was able to get my number working after struggling for 3 days as the Phase 10 store people never processed my documents. Reliance customer care service is really pathetic and one can't expect for reliable services.

                i have an reliance prepaid no. i have taken net pack on the same. the netpack was upto 8th feb2015 and it has data balance of 2gb. but the company deduct 171.00 rs on 8feb for using netpack. i lodged complained on 9th feb the compliant no. is[protected]. i followed the complained on 11.02.2015 . i was told that it is ion process. today i gain foll wed up that he executive meerna told that there is no deduction and our complained is wrong. then i request to transfer to some senior . the phone was transferred to a lady named kamal. who had also same reply that there is no deduction. when i requested to check my account she told that i cant check the account beyond three days . she did not talk in good manner. hen she also transferred my call to her sr. but after 10-15 minutes the call was disconnected from their side. This whole process took 35 min utes but the result was nothing. please take some steps.

                  Dear Sir, I am Ravi Kumar from Bokaro, Jharkhand and Today on Dated[protected] at 1:12 AM I have Recharge 3G Data Pack on My Reliance No. [protected] of Rupees 156 through http://myservices.relianceada.com, there you mention on recharge of Rs.156 we can get 3G 1GB for 30 days but couldn't get 1GB I only get 600MB . I also have proof of my words which I have Attached with this Mail and also deduct unwanted charges from my Balance and after that they( Customer Care ) don't pick my calls. If there is problem from your side then why we should suffer ? if you will not take any nessary step then i have to go further .                   I am Ravi Kumar from Bokaro, Jharkhand, I am a Reliance Customer and my Reliance Mobile No.is [protected] .

                  I have a complain against VAS Evolve Subscription Charges, without any VAS Service activation on my Reliance number ([protected]) you Deduct Amount from my Current Main Balance and when I try to Register my Complain against related matter to your customer care Executive they don't take my call . Whenever I recharge my Account they cut Rs.1and Rs. 5 from my Current Main Balance many time.
                  Once I asked to customer care Executive to stop my all VAS Services they replied me that there isn't any VAS services Activated on your Number ([protected]).Still they Charging Amount from my main Balance, I also Have Recorded Proof of conversation between me and your customer care Executive, if you need I will give it to you .
                  I also Request to Customer Care Executive to convert my 2G sim to 3G Sim, they given me Service Request No.[protected] and insure me that after 24 hours your sim i'll be converted into 3G Sim but it couldn't.

                  Please Return all my money back in my main Balance and Convert My 2G Reliance Sim ([protected]) to 3G Sim.

                      My mobile number is [protected]. I have not been using this number for 3 months now. I contacted customer care numerous times to disconnect this number. But instead of disconnecting the number, a lady from Delhi has been calling me threatining me that she will drag me to the court. she has not been only harassing me but my family also. I have been paying thousand of rupees bill without even making a single call. I called Reliance nungambakam Chennai head office regarding this. They sent a man for this month bill payment and for disconnecting my number. I paid 1800 as bill and he said he will disconnect the number giving me a receipt that i am attaching with this complaint. Now after payment he has not updated the bill paid and is giving excuses daily for updating it. Also that lady is again calling me using bad language and telling me to pay the bill again. I am mentally so tensed that i can't even go to work because of it. Requesting to please resolve the issue as soon as possible. I am including all the phone numbers including mine.

                        Respected sir, I am a consumer of reliance tellcom ( type of postpaid connection) and I have pay my monthly bill regularly. But I can't talk with this network at my current place. Because Relaince network is too low in this place . Network tower is available at near but it inactive.                               This is to inform you i got a call from Reliance care- +30333333 on day before yesterday 10.02.2015 morning at 11.45 am regarding winning prize money for my mobile number [protected]. After that reliance care asked me to receive a call from a number [protected] for bank account details. Then this unknown number asked deposit 1% of the prize money (Rs 6, 40, 000) ie. Rs 6400/- to get the prize money tranfer to my account.Even Rcare uttered every details of mine including my address. According to them i have deposited Rs 6400/- to Mr . A. Swaroop Reddy - A/c No-[protected] in Axis Bank, Khardah Branch Transaction ID M515929. After deposit of the said amount i got their mobile switched off it speak in telugu language. Then i realized everything was fraud. I request you to please help me out of this situation as i borrowed that amount from someone else. I have received following messages as follows:- 1) DM-050328 : Dear customer congratulations for winning Reliance yearly contest the prize money is being transferred into the account number provided by you. Please pay 1% tax and obtain the prize money. Thanking you, Reliance at 01:40 PM, dt: 10/12/2015 2) DM-050275 : Dear customer congratulations for winning Reliance yearly contest as a third winner. Reliance at 12:54 PM dt: 10/12/2015 3) DM-044076 : NAME.. A SWAROOP REDDY, A/C.[protected] AXIS BANK, RELIANCE It seems the amount is small but it is huge to me, every single penny matter to me, help me out of this situation and get my money back.

                                  I was using reliance broad band connection when I was in gurgaon. But now I am in mumbai and have disconnected the service on September 2014. My subscriber id was[protected]. Though I have disconnected the service on september 2014, 1275 INR has been deducted from my credit card last month Jan. I could not find any way to deactivate my standing instructions. My credit card number ends with 7560. I am sure it is going to continue until I cancel my credit card.                                       I am a reliance cell number user. my cell number is [protected]. Which is register on my name-shahsank sharad parab a given address is 64/447, M.H.B. colony, sarvoday nagar, jogeshwari east, mumbai number 400060. I recharged my number with 500 Rs. and on 30th of jan they deduct my balance across 400 actually above the 400 I tried to complain to cc but they not having any data from my number they call me this is a system error, then they block mi for 2 days this incident happen 2-3 times, but not positive response from them. plz give mi my money back.
