[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not proper support on your Representative end | |||
Dear Sir, My self chandra mohan kumar mob no- [protected] your regular consumer since 2010. I suffered several times in these years. Last time few month ago Rs-15/call debited from my A/C, it's not happened single time, within 10-13 months at least 8-9 times happened, no single amount refund. I called many times but due to time problem & your network problem, finally my talk to cust care after 20-25 days your representative told me that we have only 15 days records, than i laugh (what a joke). I am already from IT field and well know what record an organisation have saved. Last incident happen yesterday. Today i call on 222, 333, 198 call ended without calling. My issue is not refund amount but improve your representative services to customers. Not only this issue i have more than this. I have attached last call screen shot.
