Reliance Communications — Refund of security deposit of jio fiber account

I have a jio fiber connection with number [protected] my mobile number is [protected] i surrender this number on 4/12/21 both the devices is pick up by your team and got the refund of Rs. 900/- on 10/12/21 but the security amount i deposited is rs 3500/ i called the jio customer care and they told me the security deposit is with you for my fiber connection is 3500/- both the setup box and wifi router and both the adapter is also in working condition please refund my full security amount of 3500/.

The service request SR000017W9FS is still open but this is under process from 11 dec 2021 and the customer care executive said they forward this concern to backend team and they doesn't know how much time it will take is no progress on this request. when we will receive the refund as it has been over a 3 months since we surrendered the Jio fiber and the wifi router and set top box is returned on 04 dec 2021 and they told it will take maximum 14 days to refund the security amount. And now the time is more than 15 days from 30/12/2021 the last time they send me the mail for this is the resolution we will provide but now there is no response after that and no one is giving any resolution.
