Dear Sir, I had a connection which stopped working when you were upgrading to 4g. For 2 months I suffered and paid my bills even when I couldn't use net. I had to go for alternate connection as a backup. After calling consumer care repeatedly (avg call hold time 20 min each time) I was told that if I don't upgrade then I can't use your services anymore to which I told them I would like to discontinue... Now am getting this mail as below of going to Lok Aadalat... This is HARASSMENT and does not suit the dignity and stature of Reliance. Also am not sure if this whether is a prank as the below mail is from some Gmail id. If it's Reliance or some Govt body then why use a public mail server and not Gov or Reliance id? Always my phone balance get deducted without any reason and also no customer care number is available. This is really ridiculous, I m going to port this number to some good service provider who are not cheater like reliance.

I want to inform you that, i have a reliance connection which is recently port from idea network ([protected]) . but there is no network, only showing NO SERVICE. IM damn frustrated many times i called in customer care but no action taken by reliance. bad bad bad network. pls dont choos reliance ever.
