Dear Sir, As reliance is not working, its customer care no. is not working and unable to talk to the customer care agent. Without prior information how this such a big company do that. My No. [protected] is not working from 1 nov. but why and if this is already been decided then why don't they tell us about that previously. i have 135 rs in my account but i am unable to use them . i don't know what to do?
