Reliance Digital — AC delivered, but delay in providing invoice and installation | |
Order No. RDF12211665 I orders a Daikin 1.5T AC in reliance online portal on 30/05/2021 and the product got delivered on the next day 31/05/2021. But their status still shown as not delivered and they are not providing invoice and installation. For installation I already paid Rs.1179 separately. Their customer service peoples doesn’t have clarity and they told we don’t have any data and send an email to CS email. Moreover, they are so arrogant and disconnected the call continuously if I asked to connect the call to their senior person. Before do the payment on online portal I called the customer care and clearly asked about the installation and they promised it will completed in 24 to 48 Hrs. Not as a third day I am sitting with unpacked box and don’t know when can I get the installation. Now I can’t go to other technician, since they collected already money for that and it’s non refundable. They are not even providing the invoice for the amount which I paid.
