Reliance Digital — ac flipper broken by service engineer | |||
Hi, I am dipen bhadra (Registered mobile number: [protected]) a customer of reliance digital. I bought panasonic inverter 1.5 t ac on[protected]Cin no: u01100mh1999plc120563) from reliance shop in axis mall kolkata and from the day one paying for amc to relience digital, no one else other than the person of reliance digital has touched my ac till now. Last to last time i placed service request for my panasonic inverter 1.5 t ac. The person came from reliance digital he opened the indor ac cabinet with the flipper. But couldn't set the flipper properly. Tried a lot and when i came back from my lunch show somehow he set the flipper. But the swing was not working properly. I told him but somehow he ignored. After the day i didn't get much time to look into this. Few days back i show that swing is not working completely. I registered another complaint. The person came, after checking said one of a parts of the flipper has broken and as a result flipper is slipping down not swing. He called his supervisor and the supervisor said i have to pay 50% of the total price and the person did this will pay remaining. On that moment, i called to customer care and have been informed about that, the customer care executive told me i will get a call from concern department on this but haven't received anything like that. Even today again i called to relience digital customer care[protected] and explained everything. The officer again said i will receive a call soon. I am surprised to see a sms today (11 sep 18) at 10.20pm that "service request no. [protected] dated 11/09/18 has been cancelled due to non-availibilty of concerned person". Is this any kind of joke? No one has called me even everytime before coming people ask me about my time. How come this request can be cancelled without resolution of the issue. This is enough, next week i will got to bangalore for medical checkup. I won't be available next week. But before that please take necessary action on this urgently otherwise get ready to face legal action and i have to go to consumer court.
