Reliance digital has worst customer service...i have a lot of respect towards this service but now shattered. shame on u!!! I have ordered a Samsung EHS64 EHS64AVFBECINU headphone... on 27.12.2020.After Debited my amount, it shows payment unsuccessful... Order no: RDF08766987. Please refund my money, ''bank statement Thx for INB txn of Rs.399 frm A/c X3781 to Reliance D... Ref#IGAKDGXBB6 on 27Dec20. If not done, fwd this SMS to [protected] to block INB or call [protected] As confirmed with merchant, transaction VSBI[protected] has been successful on 27-12-20. For more details kindly contact your merchant." like they replied'' after contacting reliance digital customer care they said amount will be refunded within 48 hrs, but so far four days gone...i m trying to contact but reply is worst, , , Was this information helpful? | |||
