Reliance Digital — aquaguard water purifier service | |||
I have purchased aquaguard by oct 2017. Also purchased extended warranty which is available till 2020. I need the filter to be changed so i called reliance care. They said they'll come in 48 hours. But after 1 week i got a message that your service request was completed successfully. Whereas no one came to home or even called me. Then i again raised a complaint. Again same service request raised and 48 hours. 15 days went no calls or messages. Again i called them and they said they are procuring the faulty items for my aquaguard. Its clueless where no one came to check whats the fault in my machine but they say they are procuring faulty items for me. They are just cheating the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||

Even if I call there is no response at all. Its waste of time to call these cheaters.
