[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Bad customer services | |||
I bought a voltas ac from reliance digital shop phoenix max last friday. And technician from reliance fixed it and go. Also he told the stabilizer provided by reliance team is not good and we have to change it. After 30 mins water is coming out from ac., i called up store and they provide new stabilizer for that we need t wait yesterday more than 6 hours and the relationship manager named martina confirmed she would be sending technician to fix it. Instead of repeated follow up technician not yet come to place even after 36 hours. Would request you to take this ac and refund my money back Was this information helpful? | |||
