Reliance Digital — Damaged Product received- No update from customer service | |
I had ordered HP laptop from reliance digital e-store on 17th of July (Order no- RDF14805097. I received my laptop on 23rd July. The product I received was damaged. I immediately called customer service and sent them an email Next day I again I called him however they didn't know anything about the complain. They raised the complain again it is been 4 days I dont have any update whenever I call customer service they keep on repeating that they dont have any update. I need a replacement or a return.
