Reliance Digital — defective water purifier entire replacement or refund entire amounts paid | |||
I have purchased new aquagard water purifier genus on 28.09.2019 from reliance digital retail, hyderabad along with extended warranty i. E. Resq care plan for 28.09.2020 to 27.09.2024 & installed by reliance technician, but within 2 months in dec.19 there is water leakage started, so raised the complaint and after frequently follow up, it resolved. Again on 02.02.20 water purifier stopped functioning, so, again raised the complaint and started follow ups. On 04.02.20 technician assured to come, so, again i have followed up, but he didn't come, next day 05.2.20 again i followed up, again he assured to come, but waited for long, i frequently tried to contact for follow up, but phone not picked up and later on switched off the phone. On 06.02.20 failed to contact, i called on toll free no. For 2-3 times along with regular mails either replace the defected item or refund my entire amount along with extended warranty amount, at last on pursual, they connected to service center manager who assured to look into the matter. I also met manager crm, from where i have purchased the item, he also responded very well & positively. Then, at last technicians have turned up, but unable to resolve the problem and after assurance of manager crm & service manager i allowed them to take the item without official job sheet or taking over the item. But it is a great concern that still no solution after regular follow ups at my end. So, once again i submit either to replace the defected item with entire new piece or refund my entire amount as mentioned earlier immediately. Mukesh garg Was this information helpful? | |||
