Reliance Digital — defective/damaged ipad air

I purchased ipad air from reliance digital on 2nd march 2020. Next day i went to reliance store for some assistance to operate ipad. Thereafter i noticed scratch bear camera of the ipad. I brought this to the notice of sales executives of the store. They flatly refused to take any liability for defective/damaged ipad. It was not due to any mishandling or something like. This scratch is not easily visible. When it is tilted. Scratch becomes visible. Reliance says it should have noticed at the time of receiving ipad. With all due care product was checked but the fact is that this scratch is not very evident on screen. I demanded its replacement. Reliance should trust its customer. Their attitude in whole episode is very disappointing. They donot deserve to be called india's biggest company or group. It has very bitter experience with. I will take appropriate action against them in court and on social media and inform people about their poor ethics and business model.

I have not received cash back and i have asking again and again but not doing anything worst service please don't go for reliance digital
I purchased a voltas 1.5 inverter ac in April 2019 from Reliance digital in our local area after using one month it's shows P3 error code I complained several times the technicians visits but my problem is not solved.So solve my problem as soon as possible.
My RECONNECT 43 FHD SMART LED TV is not starting since 27.3.2020 evening and only reconnect display is been shown.I already sent an email but no positive response till now so when can I expect to get any help from your side or I will have to go for some other option.I really expect some help from your side.Tv is in warranty period.
