Reliance Digital — delivery of bajaj water heater | |||
I have purchased Bajaj Water Heater from Reliance with condition that delivery and installation will be done by Thursday/Friday. Received first time call on Thursday at 1:53 PM from person for water heater delivery. I have asked him to deliver later around 5 PM, as we were not at home. He asked that can he deliver it tomorrow? I have asked about installation. He informed that delivery and installation will be done both tomorrow. I was ok with that option considering that product will be used only after installation. Later evening I have received msg that product has been delivered while it was not. I have called and send mail to customer support for non delivery of product but getting msg of delivery and requested team to look into matter. When I called back number on Friday around 11:20 from where I received call on Thursday. He informed that other driver will deliver product. Reliance delivery team should have informed upfront delivery time and constraint to avoid this situation. Was this information helpful? | |||
