[Resolved] Reliance Digital — extended warranty of my mobile | |||
I had bought a sony xperia mobile phone (Xperia xz) from reliance digital store and had got an extended waraanty from the store itself. Mobile mouth piece (Bottom speaker) had stopped working after 1 year and 3 months and then i gave the mobile to the reliance resq department. After 4 days i got a call from them that the mobile will not get repaired. And they are giving back the mobile without getting repaired. What should i do then, what will be the right process.
