I bought the AC by cash and not EMI ON 22nd of July. After three days I received the product after tweeting and complaining because the store guys lost my product. After a week it got faulty. Entire gas leaked because reliance used their own installation and not the brands. Escalated via social media and it's been going on since . The store manager behaves rudely and disconnects . I was book a reliance big TV settop box and maximum time of installation is 45 day but now more than 3.5 month of booking but not even single information from the company and when asked from costumer executive they have no information and after sometime cut the call and no reply of mail.
