[Resolved] Reliance Digital — haier refrigerator sbs 565l | |||
I have purchased a refregerator on 24/06/2018 from a reliance digital outlet of auto nagar branch of vijayawada. It has developed sweating type dampness inside the surface of the refregerator. I have informed to reliance excecutive shri uday of the branch then he asked to contact haier authorities. Haier service engineer visited and found that the refrigerator is defective and they have promised to replace by 24/07/18. They stopped responding finally on 11/08/2018 they will inform the status of replacement on 13/08/2018. When i have contacted on 14/08/2018. They stopped responding. The reliance excecutive is not responding to calls. Haier agents are not responding the phone. This is very bad.
