[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Hitachi 1.5 ton AC | |||
Water has been leaking through my Hitachi 1.5 ton AC which I had purchased from the Reliance Digital store located in TGIP Mall Noida. I am facing this issue since 22nd April 2017 and have already logged a complaint with the reliance customer care but till now no resolution yet. Everytime I call the customer care number, they reply back saying it would be resolved in 24-48 hours but I am not sure when their 24-48 hours period start. Yesterday when I insisted to talk to someone senior in the customer care department, the call was forwarded to one Mr Digvijay from the Mumbai Customer Care team and he claimed to be the Floor Supervisor. He assured me that someone from their Noida team would call me between 10AM and 12PM today and then have my AC repaired. It is already 1:30 PM and I have not yet heard back from anyone from Reliance. This is the worst customer service experience I have had ever. Was this information helpful? | |||
