[Resolved] Reliance Digital — hitachi split ac | |||
We have purchased a 2 ton split ac highest model in april from reliance digital. Faced many difficulties in installation which tool long resolution time. Now the motor is not working and have not received any resolution from service centre. They do not respond to calls and msgs. And the people who visit have no knowledge of the product and keep calling others for support. Customer's time has no meaning for them. Please see that my ac gets repaired soon. Within 2 months of installation a faulty motor was not expected. Was this information helpful? | |||
