[Resolved] Reliance Digital — I'm complaining about my new purchase AC | |||
I'm purchased a window AC of Hitachi from your shipra mall store on 09/05/2017 it is delevered but it is not installed till now I complain about that on your toll free no but it is completely useless they guys are illiterate and not even able to understand the problem of a customer they don't have any simpathy and care about the problem which a customer is facing and also no support and follow up from your store these guys are also free after sales the product they don't want to get 1% pain about the after sale services. Totally hell service I'll never going to purchase any of product from reliance and suggest the same to my all contacts and I'll going to post my this problem on FB and make u guys popular so no one face the same problem which I'm going threw...
