Reliance Digital — issue related to multiple service request. | |||
I am very disappointed with the response even after repeated follow up with the customer care team. It is more than a week even after registering complaint multiple times to customer care I did not get resolution on my tickets. I made a purchase of Voltas 1.5Ton AC from Reliance digital and I made request for 1st installation towards the same, I raise complaint on 2nd April and request to TAC visit on my given place by weekends only. But when I call to customer care on 7th I got to know my request is cancelled without any reason. Person on call suggest me to raise a new one and engineer will visit by tomorrow but again on Sunday I raised a mgs on my number your “this is informing you that you don’t required engineer to visit so cancelling the ticket” this is horrible experience with Reliance am I fool that I made request and took multiple follow-ups with customer care if I do not want engineer onsite? Request you to please escalate the matter and get the engineer to visit for installation the AC by this weekend. You can call me anytime on the below number provided.
