Dear Sir/Madam,
I have visited to your show room(Address: No 22/B, Urban Oasis Mall, Vinoba Road, Jayalakshmipura, Mysuru, KA 570012
Phone:[protected] to get a jio sim I am using airtel mobile no [protected] i send the port sms and got the reply when asked them for porting they will immdeily issue the no but i called to landline no and went your show room they have sent back to me as manager she doesnt know how to speak with customer one person name called Deepak has scolded me in abuse language he looks like bouncer i thpught reliance has no such kind of bounces in their show room i have visited many reliance digital show room they have given me very good service but these people not fit for the customer service they used issuing the sims only for friends but I never eeperinace this kind of worst experinace in any reliance digital show room .Please take approiate action to floor manger, Deepak and all jio sim issing staff
