[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Jiofi device not activated even after 6 days | |
Dear Reliance Jio, I am just surprised, if Jio service completely not ready they why they hurry to launch it ? i got the Jiofi device & sim, its more that 5 days, i still not received the number . forget about the activation. Reliance digital member told that he will call and confirm the number. now its more than 5 days, i am still waiting for the call. one more sad part of Jio service, why they give customer care number in the website ? just for show ? its a big joke, even after 20 mins on call no body will answer your call. you need to get frustrated and disconnect the call. one more joke, send mail jio care you will get reply before 24 hours. now its more that 48 hours no reply. Is Reliance cheating people or playing around with people. Jio customer care service i think Company owner forgot to implement may be. or intentionally done so that no one can complain about the service (smile) Was this information helpful? | |
