[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — JioFi Router Activation

Hi,
I am Unable to get help from anywhere. No phones are answered even after 2 hours of waiting. Even reliance web site is not allowing to post the complaints. Do not know what to do.

Purchased jiofi router on 4th Sept 2016 from Reliance Digital Store, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. Product serial no. RPEMFGC00083538. Not received any communication for activation apart from order Id NO00000721KY. If it takes so long to activate, why you are selling saying it will be activated in 2 days?
We are in information age and you are a digital company. Try to respect time. It won't take more than a few minutes to verify my aadhar card and activate the router. Do not understand whether you are adequately staffed.

Please DO activate at the earliest.

I bought the Reliance JioFi device for Rs. 1999/- on 07.09.2016 from Reliance Digital, varacha road surat near geetanjali, Gujarat. I was assured by the representatives present there that it will be activated by 10.09.2016. I have successfully televerified my device as was told to me by the Reliance representatives after I received SMS from Jio. It is 10.09.2016 today and there is still no signal on the device (RED indication on my JioFi device is appearing continuosly) and I am unable to connect to internet. I have visited the Reliance Store numerous times but they are not at all cooperating to resolve my problem. It has been 4 days and the device is not working till date. I have even emailed to Jio care regarding this but they have responded that "it will take time". I tried calling customer care numerous times but the dial tone keeps going and nobody answers. It feels like I have thrown my hard earned money into a gutter by trusting Reliance. My Reliance Jio Number is [protected]

same thing m facing..
I m calling every now and than but Jio customer care is just ringing ..after waiting more than hour a call was picked and mine complain got registered. it was said that with in 48hours it will get resolved but still pending.

and main thing Igot the message that mine sim is activated on 10 sep and mine 9 December is last date for all mine free data free calling offer...itz getting late day by day..who is responsible
