[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Misguide by salesman on gezar | |||||
We hav already been a loyal customer of reliance digital since long... We recently ordered for bathroom gezar from rewari riliance store and the salesman at the store misguided by sugetn 3 litre gezar wherin minimum of 10 literes of gezar has to be used for bathroom... After our complain the salesmanager umesh and the salesman denied n were instead being rude with us followed which manager assured us he would return the wrong gezar but next to next day he said he dint get approval latr just blinded us by sending for recheck of gezar which is not testing problem rather the wrong sugestion by salesman.. We r surprised by the reluctancy and bad service of the mangt at rewari reliance store which we never faced at any other store of reliance in india...
