I am Pragya kesarwani. I have purchased a LG refrigerator single door 235 lit from gwalior showroom on dated 28 July 18. The item is not available at time. So, sales person inform me that fridge will delivered on 29 against the payment of Rs. 1000/- Today I get the fridge on evening but a major dent on body. I informed the sales person. At 20jul2018 I purched one kurti at rs499 and left your shop ..next day when I wash i see the tag is in my item..at 22july18 again i went your shop with bank statement and linked number..but after 2 hr waiting your staf roudly behave me and ignor me..

Payment is not showing in your data base means some ghapla is there.on hardcopy payment is done but at soft copy no record found
