[Resolved] Reliance Digital — microwave oven repair | |||
Bought a Samsung microwave from Reliance Digital in 2016. It has been breaking down ever since. The technicians would come, have no clue about what is happening and do some repair and it would work for 1 month. Multiple complaints were raised with the toll free number, the latest one being raised on 30May2019. Since purchase the microwave has been repeated at the least 10 times. With the latest complaint, no actions have been taken so far by the Resq in spite of me following up 5-6 times. Every time I am promised "personally" by the representatives that the issue will be resolved by end of the day. The worst part of the entire incident is that there is no escalation mechanism (as per the customer care). And when prodded further, they asked to send a mail to their id, which was again responded to by their representative with a promise that it would be taken care of at the earliest (sic).
