[Resolved] Reliance Digital — No warranty available on mobile | |||
I have purchased a Nokia Lumia 625 mobile from Reliance Digital store in Great India Place Mall, Sector 38 A, Noida on 01 Nov'2014 vide Invoice No. C#17940000 S#8951 The mobile was with 12 months warranty and I have paid Rs.429 additionally to extend the warranty for another 12 months. Now the mobile has a problem and I took it to Nokia Service Centre at Vaishali Ghaziabad today on 27th April 2015. They have refused to rectify the problem because the mobile is out off warranty. After detailed investigation, they told me that the warranty of the mobile given by Nokia was expired well before the selling to me and Reliance should have updated it in the Nokia database.
