[Resolved] Reliance Digital — non resolving the complaint | |||||
My ac of hitachi make which was purchased from reliance digital noida was sent to your authorised workshop at noida sec 63 for repair and was re-installed by your service engineer last week. Since the installation the ac has become noisy and continuously leaking from the front side. I have lodged a complaint at your customer care but there is no response from their side till date. More shockingly and to my surprise the complaint has been closed without resolving the same (Complaint no. [protected]). Today i have tried to contact your customer care no.
