Reliance Digital — Not providing a refund on termination of service | |||
I own a reliance digital tv set top box and my account number is[protected]. I had dropped an email to [protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com for termination of service on 4th june. At that time, my account had a balance of rs.156 and due to auto debit functionality of my bank, rs.400 got deducted. I am unable to understand why such a big company like reliance is doing suchc a fraud. Highly unexpected. I need refund of my money asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
