[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Panasonic split AC 1.5 T | |||||
I have bought an AC split 1, 5 tone Panasonic on[protected] vide Retail sail Invoice No.[protected] costing Rs 39289 including stabiliser and out door unit mild steel brackets. The delivery took place on[protected] night about 8.00 pm and the Relience Digital, Vidyanagar, Hyderabad of Telangana State forgotten the objective of the purchase. I called the given store number and reminded for installation, they send a technician he him self called on[protected] and installed partially without demonstrating user guide how to use and functions as I am new to it. today i.e on[protected] I called the customer care Panasonic on [protected] and registered a compliant for installation that the AC is not working after 3 hours the customer care people says that the problem will be sorted out Reliance people only I again called Relience Digital store people narrating the customer care people said. The response from Relience Digital store is nill and again says that problem will be solved this is continuing since I purchased. Was this information helpful? | |||||
