Ac brand : panasonic Model : us18sky-1 Purchase date : 26-mar-2017 Delivery date : 27-mar-2017 Purchase store : reliance digital Store address : ansal plaza, palam vihar, Gurgaon-122017 (Haryana), Store contact no.:[protected] Its not even 50 days and i face two time cooling issue with below are the details Issue 1: Issue date : 23-apr-2017 Ticket raised to panasonic / reliance : 24-apr-2017 Resolution date : 29-apr-2017 Resulution : welding to condenser Description: event a month is not passed, from sunday (23-apr-2017), it stopped cooling, because it was evening (9:00 pm), so i was not able to called panasonic customer care but i called them on monday (24-apr-2017) and their service engineer visited on monday only. Service engineer said gas has been leaked out because installation was not done incorrectly (Installation was done by reliance digital), so he did not fixed the issue and said to call reliance digital. I tried to call reliance digital service centre 2-3 time on monday but every time they responded like "server is slow so cannot not take action instantly", then i raised ticket via mail.in between i tried to call reliance digital store on the number which was given on the bill but did not get through. By a number of follow up, the service engineer from reliance digital visited on wednesday evening (26-apr-2017) and now he said the leakage is from internal part of the condensor (Don't remember the exact word), so he will not fix the issue, panasonic need to fix the issue. Then, i called panasonic to replace the product as their engineer was not able to find the problem, they said to contact reliance digital. I then called reliance digital to raise refund as they said again their engineer will visit tomorrow to fix the issue, so if the engineer cannot fix today how come he will fix next day? He said call to call panasonic if refund is need. I then called panasonic for the same, after spending more than 1 hour somehow i got a number (They said it asm's number). I had discussion with mr ravish on wednesday evening (Approx. 8-9 pm), i have clearly Aid him all the issue, he gave assurance that ac will get fixed by tomorrow i. E. On thursday. After follow up on thursday, he said engineer will visit in evening 6:00 pm. I clearly sid engineer if something need to replace how can you replace post 6 pm, and requested to visit early. But then he visited my home at 6:30 pm. And then said the some issue is there, it need to get replaced. Then i called mr ravish again, he said it will get replaced by tomorrow i. E. On friday (28-apr-2017). In between i called reliance digital and asked email id for senior person, so that i can communicate over the same on mail. Someone picked the phone and denied to share mail id. My kid has to be in cool but from last five day due to this issue she started facing health issue because of heat wave. Even i am getting mentally harassed by calling and following up multiple people daily (Which waste approx. Half day, if required i can give all the call history). Finally somehow they came and did welding to the ac. Issue 2 : Issue date : 9-may-2017 Ticket raised to reliance : 9-may-2017 Resolution date : not yet resolved Resulution : na Description : after 10-11 days of last fix, again the cooling issue reoccured, from last isssue a have got a call from a sernior person. So, i called him as well. He said "i will raise it to panasonic to replace and our engineer will visit and will take photograph, that i have to share with panasonic". After lot of followup some one visited on 11-may, he said there is less gas and could be some minor leackage, another engineer will visit in the evening he will take look. Its now 13-may, and nobody has visited yet, the senior person i was in contact ask 24 hr everyday but nothing happens. What i now think is, this way customer relationship cannot be sustained, if for every fix i have to do lot of follow up and issue does not get resolved in 24-48 (What they say in their website). So, its my request to please refund my money and take your ac back.` i don't want to be your customer anymore. Was this information helpful? | |||||
