[Resolved] Reliance Digital — panasonic tv given for repairs almost a month back | |||
I have given my panasonic tv for repair which is under extended warranty almost a month back (7 july2018). But the service people (Reliance resq goregaon mumbai) in charge dont seem to be doing anything to help. Only when i called to enquire did they bother to send an email to the concerned person regarding tv part requirements and now that that part is unavailable only after i called again (27july) did they bother to send another email for a replacement. Even today wben i called to enquire about the status they have no clear idea or response, as if to say it could take a month or a year to replace it! Didnt expect such shabby service from reliance!
