[Resolved] Reliance Digital — philips headphones | |||||
I had purchased Philips headphones from reliance digital Jio store @ Hyderabad (Chikkadpally branch ) on Sunday[protected]. After paying the amount (999) from my debit card, they said their manager was not there, so they will send the bill by mail. So I have given them my mail id and contact number and left from store. Luckily I asked their contact number for information. They have given some number. So I was calling to that number continuously, at some time he had responded and said some silly excuse. Same reason he said that manager is not there. . Again I had called to that number on next day, he said that he will send the bill by tomorrow. But it didn't happened. So one more time I made a call on other day, he said that their manager asked me to come to their store and collect the bill. For taking the bill again I have to go 15kms from my destination. . . So here the point I want to raise is : 1) they only said me that, they will send me bill via mail, which they have not done yet . 2) I had a conversation with customer care of reliance digital Jio store, they had given me some other contact number of that store which is not working. So I explained them my situation, they were not able to do respond properly to my issue. Instead they said that, send a mail to customer care. So I had send a mail today[protected]. So here I want to make a point that the contact number of that branch which they were maintaining in their database is not functioning. So how can they maintain such a false number in their database. . 3) I have attached a photo of that packing box, there we can observe that it is already opened . I don't know how they have done . Even they have open in front of me by removing the staple pins which will not be in general as per my knowledge. As I was in rush, with out considering much about such issues, I left the store. 4) who will pay my transport cost ? For just collecting the bill I have to go again 15kms (approximately) specially for that. And why should I waste my time for such an issue. Even I don't know whether my issue will be solved by giving this complaint or no.. As a responsible citizen I have given a try in this platform, so that they will not fool others.
