[Resolved] Reliance Digital — purchased hitachi 1.5 ton ac. stopped working in 20 days | |||
Purchased a. C hitachi 1.5 ton from reliance digitals on 25th march 2018. It stopped working on april 30th. After continuous follow ups they sent technician minor boy. He said fuzes gone, pcb board gone. These customer care said he going to send senior technician. At end said, technician already diagnosed as pcb box damaged it will b replaced. After 1 year if anything goes out who will bear this service and parts costs. My relatives and many using acs but not with this type services. I want ac replacement.
