Remote of my newly brought ac was faulty, on the very same day i have lodge a complaint for that and now its 17th july, till date i haven't received my remote and when i am calling on customer care for the status they keep on saying "we have ordered this item, it will be available soon".
Is this the way to do business??
I won't purchase any product from reliance digital store now.

I m totaly disappointed ...i bought a powerbank but its cable are defected only in one month when i complaint in reliance store they answerd the cable were not in warranty..😡😡😟so tell me what should i do.i am totally disappointed with reliance digital.and i did not want to purchase anything with reliance.
