[Resolved] Reliance Digital — refrigerator | |||
I ordered for a fridge samsung 465 litre. First time the fridge had a defect hence asked for a replacement, again they have sent a defective piece with a bigger dent on it. Upon questioning they have informed that it is not their mistake. They are pushing on the company samsung. Reliance has all scrap in their godown. We have faced lot of difficulty without fridge due to their service. They are taking it easy as we as female have ordered it. They have asked us to keep it and use it till replaced. It is waste of our tume and hurting our reputation. Please take action against them and i need my refund immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
