Reliance digital — refrigerator not cooling

I had taken rescue plan from reliance which is valid at present. I had given a complaint regarding the repair in my refrigerator. I had also given a complaint in samsung on the same date. They had informed us that under the confirmation from reliance rescue the service will be done. The confirmation is not given till date. I had been calling your reliance almost every day. Every time you had been saying the complaint will be attended in 48 hours from the date of my complaint. You had created mental agony by making me to call and in turn making me to wait for... You ofc representative is very unprofessional. I still haven’t got any response. It’s been almost a week. Don’t think i will ever take extended warranty from reliance again. It’s a waste of money. My next step will be to talk to my lawyer and take this to court. I have paid close to a lakh for the refrigerator and extra mone for extended warranty. I don’t know why you guys fool people.
