Reliance Digital — refrigerator under paid warranty but service delayed | |||
I have been trying to contact the company through service helpline. Spoke with them thrice already complaining about the issue with my Samsung refrigerator cooling. Since I had purchased extended warranty for the same, I was told I cannot contact the fridge company directly as their services will not be reimbursed. Hence I waited for Reliance to send their engineer across to check the problem. Despite repeated calls, the call centre people are unable to provide any contact information of the assigned engineer and have been telling me to wait. I skipped work today as I was told he will visit today but still don't see any help coming through. I wonder how the company prioritizes such complaints knowing the customer has paid extra money for this service and has been in dire need!!! What a waste of my money to buy warranty from them!
