[Resolved] Reliance Digital — refund not processed even after cancellation of product 3 weeks back | |||
Had bought tv on 6th march but when delivered it was broken. Customer support told me it will take 7 days to replace the tv. I did not want to wait that long andso cancelled the tv on 9 th march and got actual cancellation note from reliance on 12th march which promised refund in 15 days. As this purchase was done using debit card emi, so emi deduction will happen on 5th april and i highlighted this several times and asked them to refund or cancel the loan with bank. Its been around 3 weeks and i am still struggling to get definitive response from sales and grievance team of reliance on this. Need answer from reliance about refund mode and exact date for refund.
